The aim of the project is inventory, monitoring, destruction and eradication of plants Barszcz Sosnowskiego (Heracleum Sosnowskyi Manden.) in the 30 municipalities province. Malopolska and selected areas belonging to the Agricultural University and the Institute of Plant Breeding and Acclimatization in the Malopolska Region.

The project will be implemented, among others, in two Natura 2000 sites, along the river Dunajec and in the Jurassic valleys.

These areas do not have the protection plan. Natura 2000 areas covered by the project will be especially monitored in the application of chemical methods include through the use of direct injection and agricultural treatments.

Target group consists of residents of 30 municipalities and areas of arable land and IHiAR province who are 50 years of expansion of invasive plants place
