The outcome of the project is to be a reduction of 80% of the population. Constant monitoring will be conducted to preserve the sustainability of the project and the organization of a system to control the area covered by the project.

Innovative elements of the project can also be used to combat Barszcz Sosnowskiego throughout the Poland.

The result of the operational program "Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems" is to increase the resistance of native ecosystems to the pressure of invasive alien species.
